Watermelon Salsa

I know this sounds odd but.......
so very tasty!

The recipe is from EatingWell Magazine

3 cups finely diced seedless watermelon
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
I could show you photos
 of me chopping this
but I figure you know how

Place watermelon, jalapenos, cilantro,
lime juice and onion in a medium bowl;
stir well to combine.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
I think I prefer it chilled

This is very refreshing!

I also made it with peaches
instead of watermelon

  2. Your recipe looks a lot better than mine. I tend to get tired of chopping pretty quickly.

    Take care-
