I know this sounds odd but.......
so very tasty!
3 cups finely diced seedless watermelon
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
I could show you photos
of me chopping this
of me chopping this
Place watermelon, jalapenos, cilantro,
lime juice and onion in a medium bowl;
stir well to combine.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
I think I prefer it chilled
This is very refreshing!
I also made it with peaches
instead of watermelon
