Doily Wall Art
This is kind of a blast from the past.

While the doily is drying - I covered cardboard with satin material
After the doily dried I sprayed the back of the doily with spray glue
- this stops it from slipping. I positioned it by finding
the center of the board and the center of the doily.

Thanks for the great tutorial. I have several old doilies that I have tucked away in a drawer. This is a nice way to finally show them off.
ReplyDeleteWhere have all the beautiful doilies gone? You never see them anymore. Yours is beautiful. They truly are art.
