I got this idea from a post
After looking at the price at the craft stores
I decided there had to be a better
cheaper way to do this
If you take out the plastic part of the flowers
you have the same type of flower embellishments
that cost an arm and a leg
The pink bush had 102 flowers
at $3 for the bush
ended up .03 a piece
the white ones I got 69 at $2 for the stem
or .03 apiece
The mixed was tricky
I got 44 leaves and 45 flowers for 1.50 or .02 a piece
flowers alone would be .03 a piece
I also got some isolated flowers
that if I could use in something else it will cost even less
So when you are out shopping and come across
silk flowers on the cheap
pick up a sprig!
You will be seeing theses in some future projects
You could even cut the petals for weddings
Even the large flowers can be used
on large cards
presents etc
