Cake Balls

Make a Cake according to the recipe

While warm crumble it up

Most people add a whole can of frosting
I thought that would be to much so
for every box of cake
I added 1/2 can of frosting

Looks awful huh?

roll into Tablespoon size balls
and refrigerate until chilled
Melt candy coating
dip and cover chilled cake balls

Allow to set up on parchment paper

I also made some using
strawberry cake and strawberry frosting
dipped in vanilla flavored pink

  13. We made these on sticks for my son's wedding reception. Her colors were purple and green so we sprinkled them with purple sugar and lime green sugar. People thought they were too pretty to eat. The pink ones are absolutely gorgeous.
