Quick and Easy French Onion Soup




Ingredients



Beef Broth
Onions
2 % milk swiss cheese
ww grain  bread

put beef broth in crockpot
cut up and slice onions

cook in the crock pot until onions soften


toast bread
place swiss cheese square on the bread


place a piece of tin foil


so the cheese will melt
Add a salad and
 Enjoy

  4. I love a good French onion soup. I sometimes run my bowls under the broiler to get that ooeey-gooey melted cheese that I love so much:)
