This is my dtr Devon's favorite cake
Mint Chocolate Overload
Chocolate cake of you choice
Andes Chips
Chocolate frosting
adding 1 C of Andes chips
You can make it any shape you wish
measure the pirouettes to the side cutting them to fit side by side
be prepare to make a mess
sprinkle the top with Andes chips
be prepare to make a mess

ReplyDeleteJo- Personally, I don't think there is any such thing as an "overload" of chocolate and mint! It is my favorite flavor combo! My brownie post is choc and mint too! Oh--I just looked up and Mrs JenB agreed with me :) Love the idea of the cookies around it!
