Home Tours I

Today we took our counties historical society tour of homes.
There were 10 stops on the tour
and I took so many photos that I will break it up into different posts.
We ran into Heather from Rues PB & J Cottage, so check out her blog for her take on the tour!

This first house is a Victorian one owned by the Historical Society

Don't you just love this headboard:

Have you ever seen a ceiling light like this?

The Sewing Room

2nd Floor Sitting Room

The 3rd Floor turret room:

While walking thru this house I've thought how cool it would've been
to be a kid in this house there are so many hiding spots!
There were more rooms that I did not take pictures of,
It is a beautiful house

  1. Hi Jo! Oh how love historic homes tours! This one looks amazing. We have them here in the spring and just had a Christmas one this weekend, but I couldn't go. They won't allow us to take pictures! Oh, how gorgeous these rooms are! How neat you ran into Rue!
Can't wait to see the rest of your photos.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia;)
