canned enchilada sauce
cheese
onions
black olives
truly anything you want to get rid of

If you have a gas range
the best way to soften the tortillas
so they are easy to roll
is to put them directly on the burner
Otherwise use a microwave
Put your filling in the lower section of the tortilla
fold in the sides
and roll
and roll
place side by side in the pan
I usually line the pan with parchment paper
for easy clean up
pour sauce of your choice
top with cheese, black olives, onions
bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly through out
my friend makes hers like you and they're STINKIN' delicious!!!

YUM...I usually think of enchiladas made with corn tortillas. I'll have to give these a try with flour.
