I have been wanting to make this
for awhile
but unable to find doll shoes
Who would've thought
they were that hard to find???
I had found some plastic
chain on clearance
I used my dremel
to drill through
the shoes
that needed it
Attached them with rings
connected it together
and it is complete
Finally found a few shoes
at GW outlet
I would love to be able
to find more
they don't even
have to be pairs
who knew
they would be
so difficult to find???

Jo that is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteI love it. Where did you find the shoes.
ReplyDeleteJo, that's the cutest darn thing I've ever seen! I need to go dig out my dremmel and see what I can find to do!

Oh, P.S. - I just posted the first room of the tour of our house, I hope you'll stop by to check out the Sunroom and the decoration. I think you'll like it! :)
That is so cute and would make such a lovely gift :) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat bracelet is the cutest thing! You're very clever. Had not every thought about doll shoes, until I happened to remember that in looking for real people shoes on eBay I seen some, but not in these fun colors.
ReplyDeleteok- do you live in my head? *grin* I am in the process of making almost the exact same thing!! I bought some shoes on ebay and a charm bracelet from the thriftshop. I punched holes in the shoes using my cropadile and am putting them on jump rings on the bracelet.
ReplyDeleteIt is a birthday gift inside joke for my shoe obsessed sister but now my 4 yr old wants one so I guess I will make 2.
The cropadile punches the holes like butter! (seems I punch everything with that thing except scrapbook paper!)
