Autumn Stew

This has always been a family favorite:
Autumn Stew
1 pound stew meat, cut in 1 in cubes
1 medium zucchini, sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cans (10 ¾ oz each) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 stalks celery, sliced

In slow-cooker (Crock-pot), combine uncooked stew meat with chunked potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced celery and sliced zucchini; stir to blend. Add cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup and dry onion soup mix; blend thoroughly. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours
