Hearty Steak and Tater Soup Crockpot Wednesday

This is a great Fall/Winter Soup - I have used leftover Beef from a roast

Hearty Steak and Tater Soup 8 servings

1 lb. Beef round steak cut into sm chunks.
1 tablespoon beef flavor instant bouillon
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 C sml red potatoes cut into ¼ in slices
½ tsp pepper
4 (l4-oz.) can. Beef broth
1 C ce!ery. chopped (1 cup)
1 (6.oz.) jar sliced mushroom., undrained
1 C carrot,. Chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 garlic clove,. minced

In 4- to 5-quart sIow cooker, combine an ingredients .except water and flour; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours. About 35 min before. serving blend water and flour until smooth. Gradually stir into 'soup. Increase heat setting to high; coverand cook an additional 30 min. or until slightly thickened
