Items Needed:
*Vintage Plate (Yes I did buy it at the Thrift Store I manage)
*Clock mechanism from Walmart (under $10)
*Tape measure Plate holder from Dollar Store (guess how much)
*Drill with Glass and Tile bits from Harbor Frieght (9.99)
*Piece of wood to set plate on
*Battery for the clock
Measure for the center and mark
Drill the hole for the clock
Insert the clock mechanism according to the instructions. Add the hanger and.......
Viola!
