Maple Green Beans with Almonds


1 C thin green beans
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp wine vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 C silvered almond

Steam or blanch beans until tender but firm and bright green


heat oil, vinegar and syrup
 Add almonds and brown slightly


 toss with beans

  7. i just purchased some filet green bean seeds for the garden today and have been collecting recipes for them- added this one!!! I am going to have to look through your blog - guessing you eat pretty healthy going by the reicpes you posted today.
