Front Yard Transformation

This is my nieces front yard
check out the Backyard


So this w/e 5 of us planted:

5 herbs, 28 perennials, 

5 trees, 10 flats of annuals, 

6 huge planters, 

pulled and replanted/moved 

27 boxwoods/shrubs 

and 5 roses bushes, spread 3 cu yd of mulch

......sunburn $0...

dirt debridement $0....

cuts, abrasions, scrapes, aches, 

pains, sore muscles $0....

beautiful landscape, 

and smiles on loved ones faces

 ...priceless!

Backyard Transformation

A month ago we went to my nieces to help

her with her yard.

I blogged abt it here

in the back the trees had been 

attacked by the Emerald Ash Borer

so they had to be removed

This weekend we put in 

4 Japanese Maples

and a Magnolia

Also added a bunch of annuals

The side of the house walking to the back

To the left we pulled out roses and put them in the front 

and added begonias

along the wall are daisies

More daylilies will be added to this area

Learning how to trim out the bushes

Isn't my niece adorable
