I hope everyone had a happy Mom's Day
I know I did
WE have a tradition of Mother's Day Brunch
Again this year
we went to the Hilton Garden
They really stepped it up a notch!
They had a citrus salad w/ strawberries
and a pasta salad that was wonderful
not to mention prime rib
and ham
isn't this ice sculpture gorgeous??
My dtrs favorite
is bacon and gouda stuffed
chicken breast
There was shrimp
and a hot seafood pasta
and the typical breakfast foods
including an omelet station
They had these adorable mini cupcakes
lemon, orange, strawberry, multiple combos of chocolate
the orange one tasted like a dreamsicle!
The tables were white linens with lavender overlay
and Spring colored napkins
the chairs were cover with satin
One last look at the mini cups

You know you want one.....
After we ate off to the antique mall
I did find a wooden piece
to replace the one
on the sunburst on
the front of our house
It was a nice day
