I bought these colorful doilies 

at Michaels for $1 a piece

Using sta-puff liquid startch

I soaked eah doily

after the doilyu was saturated 

I laid them out

to dry

Once dried

I glued cut letters

I cut out using my cricut

Then white ribbon was laced

  through the holes

and hung up
