Flour tortillas
Cooked chicken - leftover is great!
Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can dice green chilies
1/2 C evap milk
Mix milk green chilies and soup together and heat
Fill enchiladas w chicken and cheese mix
spray pan with oil and pour a light layer of the soup mix
place rolled enchilada seam down in pan
pour remaining soup mix over the enchiladas
sprinkle w cheese
Bake at 350 until heated and bubbly
