Crockpot Pork Tenderloin w/ Ginger Mango Sauce






Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Mango Sauce

8oz pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
1/2 tsp fresh thyme chopped

1 tsp ev olive oil
brown pork tenderloin on all sides in olive oil



cover pork in rosemary and thyme
and place in crockpot



cook until done


Sauce:
1 Tbsp agave nectar
2 tsp ginger
1 med size mango peeled and chopped
process above ingredients
until smooth:






The pork is good w/o the sauce as well
I thought it might be to sweet
but it wasn't

  1. Hi Jo. This looks so good and easy! You know what? This same thing happened to me with the big spaces on an earlier post. It looked fine in the edit mode and I couldn't do anything to change it.

  2. Looks good, I have been looking for something to use agave nectar,and I love mangoes. I will definitely be trying this.
