Mint Chocolate Overload

Each one of my family members have their favorite birthday cakes
This is my dtr Devon's favorite cake

Mint Chocolate Overload

Chocolate cake of you choice
Andes Chips
Chocolate frosting
choc chip pirouette cookies


Make the cake according to directions
adding 1 C of Andes chips

You can make it any shape you wish
frost the middle layer and sprinkle chips on top b/4 adding 2nd layer


frost top and sides


measure the pirouettes to the side cutting them to fit side by side


be prepare to make a mess


sprinkle the top with Andes chips


Enjoy!

  8. That looks amazing! We're not huge mint fans, but I could easily adapt this with Heath Bar bits and regular pirouettes. It looks so beautiful, and so simple to make. Thanks!

  15. Jo- Personally, I don't think there is any such thing as an "overload" of chocolate and mint! It is my favorite flavor combo! My brownie post is choc and mint too! Oh--I just looked up and Mrs JenB agreed with me :) Love the idea of the cookies around it!
