Carrot Raisin and Yogurt Slaw


Carrot Raisin and Yogurt Slaw
Dr Oz
2 servings 193 Calories

4 Carrots Shredded
1 sm bunch of cilantro chopped
1 C low fat Greek Style Yogurt
1/4 C raisins
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to optional

Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper in  a bowl.; mix well. Add salt and pepper if desired

I served it with lamb pitas

  3. Gosh. I haven't thought about carrot and raisin slaw in ages. Thanks for the reminder. I would love for you to join me for Crock Pot Wednesday next week. I took a little break this week to spend some time with Hubby at the beach, but CPW will be back up and ready for you next week.
