Cheesy Topped Mushrooms

My latest addiction

1 portobella mushroom

a handful of spinach

1 slice low fat cheese

(provolone)

a sprinkling prosciutto

put it under the broiler 

until cheese is melted

voila

145 calories

of pure yumminess

We did get some snow

and Izzy 

was all excited

she had to stay in

painted and rearranged

it is status quo for me
